Just a quick question, I have a potential client in Ireland who I have sold the idea of the UC500 series and Skype and they have said this is perfect and meets there business requirements.

I have a quick question I have a UC520 with SIP for Skype and it works like a dream.... however my questions is can you direct dial an extension using the online number:

E.g. my online number is: 0131 208 5555 and I have 4 phones setup 201, 202, 203 and 204 is it possible somehow to call each of these individually?

if so how would I do it?

Also if I am not a reseller of Cisco kit so if there is anyone out there that can sell and support a UC500 device in Dublin please let me know and I will pass the contact details of the company who is interested.
