Again ATA problem.

Hello all,

We have to ATA186 SCCP, each one is connected with fax machin. one of them work fine can send and receive from and to pstn, but the other cant do that and i change it many time, for urs known the two ATA have the same configuration expect in COR.

The configuration is in attachment.

Hello,

There are a couple of details to check:

Model of the fax Machine, Super G3 fax machines are not support for ATAs.
Codec should be G.711
Please check the configuration guide for the ATAs with Fax

2. Test the follo configuration for Audio Mode: 0x00120012 and this one for connect mode: 0x00068400
3. Use no VAD for the incoming dial peer

First of all thanks a lot,

The problem here that I can send fax messeges between the 2 fax machine, one of them can send and recieve from and to PSTN, but the last one cant do that.

The conclusion is internally fax messages is Tr&Rx fine between the 2 machines, but externally one can Tr&Rx throught PSTN and one cant do that.

Please check the configuration for more details.
