triyng to restore an IOS...

Hello guys,

Im triyng to load an IOS from xmodem because my AP 1240AG
has no IOS, and these are the results:

ap: copy xmodem: flash:c1240-k9w7-mx.123-11.JA
Begin the Xmodem or Xmodem-1K transfer now...
CCCCCCCCCC           BB0BB0xmodem:: I/O error

what can be the problem??
how can I solve this?

You may want to try a different Terminal application. Also, there's a command you can run before starting the transfer to up the baud rate so it will transfer faster.

maybe too late now, but try changing the BAUD to 57600 baud,
