I guess it is partially working. When you dial the AA on the other site, it connects and it works when you press a key but you cannot hear the prompts.
If each site has its own AA, you can dial between sites to each one, and prompts work fine.
Multisite with UC500 is usually deployed as a distributed system with each site having its own AA and Voicemail.
