I'm looking to set up a wireless infastructure that consists of two wlc4400's with about 30 AP's with most on our main campus and a few in remote locations using hreap.  My understanding is that I would connect the controllers directly to our core 6500's, create a routable vlan like and assign Management and Ap-Manager inertafces with address from that range and make sure the ports on the 6500 are trunks.

All of the floors in my building use 6500's connected back to the cores using layer3. So floors 1-3 have subnets,, respectively. If I plug an AP into the switch on the first floor it will get a DHCP address in the range.  When a client connects to the new AP is there a way to make them get an IP from the network rather than setting up a sepearate pool in the WLC and would there have to be a new dymanic interface created in the WLC or any other WLC config changes?

Thanks for reading.
