Hello all,

I have my presence server on verison 7.0.8

my cupc version 7.1

when i log in to my cupc client, i see on the bottom of the window "Connected(limited)"

if i do a show server health, everything looks good except for

Secure Messaging

LDAP (not configured yet)

Web conferencing

we don't have the calendar integration yet nor the LDAP integration yet, it's on the roadmap

I have presence status, phone status, etc

I have the incoming ACL configured to ALL

the user assigned to the proper CTI gateway profile

could you please let me know what am i missing ?

CUPC expects you to be using LDAP and the lack of it is why you are seeing that message.

Also, in real life you should not use an ACL for that. Specify a digest credential on the end user accounts instead. The ACL allows un-checked traffic from that IP address which could result in spoofing or other application-layer misbehavior.
