uc 540 questions

I have a 30 person network. 3 locations about 10 per location.

I wanted to migrate to VoIP from pots. I was thinking about getting a uc540 or 520 for each location and what ever the phones are that I would need.

Would I be able to transfer calls to the other offices and would I be able to do conference calls.

I would like to implement vpns for secure file sharing between the offices. can the 520 or 540 handle this?

Is there anything else I am missing.

UC540 has more DSP resources and larger Flash memory, and priced better than UC520, and will handle up to 32 phones per site, and up to 5 sites in a full mesh (IPSEC) data sharing environment, with extension dialing among all sites, all configured with CCA.

UC560 goes up to 104 phones if you need more per site.

But 5 sites is the limit.
