Hi All
I had configured AA in Unity 7.0. dring the Open hours the calls in transfered to an extension and it works fine. during closed hours i have put it go to Closed greetings and after action is to take message. For some reason during closed hours it is not playing the greeting but taking the Message only. Any idea why this is happening ? I had checked the Greeting playback and it works ie) when i press the play button, the phone mentioned in the option menu rings and i can hear the msg that i have stored.

So you have a Closed greeting recorded, but did you enable it from the TUI / Greetings Administrator?

Yes it is Enabled. But for some reason it is not picking up this greeting. When i viewd from Port Status monitot it was playing the greeting for Opening operator

What is the schedule you have enabled for the greeting?
Also, it would be helpful if you could post some screen shots of the standard call handler config, greetings, and transfer actions as well as the closed for comparison.
