UC560 - How many Auto-Attendants?

Hi All,

I have a UC560 design coming up that has a bunch of DIDs.  Some of the requirements for each DID are that it is put into an Auto-Attendant first.  How many Auto-Attendants on a UC560 can I have?

I saw a number for CUE saying 5.  Not sure if this is still relevant.

CCA, which is the supported configuration tool for UC560 supports 3 different AAs or one AA 3 levels deep (sub menues).

Steven, does this number, 3 AA's or 1 AA and 3 sub menus, still stand?

Hello Paul,

Yes, this limit is still in effect as of:  CCA 3.0.1, and Software Pack 8.1.0. (CUE - 8.0.3)

Steven or Darren, has the number of AA's changed with CCA 3.1.1 and Software Pack 8.2?

Yes, the number of AA's has been increased to 5, but I believe that the multi-level is still 3.
