No Web page after upgrade

I upgraded my 4400 to 5.1 and since then I can't get to the web page. there were no errors and the upgrade completed. I can reset the DMP, get an IP address that appears on the inital splash screen, and even get prompted for a user ID and Password. At that point it just hangs. Any quick Ideas?

Where did you get the DMP-4400 DMS 5.1 image from?

Things to Try:

* Upgrade the DMP to DMS 5.0 again and test access? Can you access DMP as expected?

* If Yes, Please try the Upgrade again to DMS 5.1. Test access again?

* If fails, reset the DMP to FACTORY defaults by pressing the reset button on the back and

hold for 10 seconds. The DMP should come up like it is coming out of the box.

would have gotten the 4400 code off the ET site.

I did not give you all of the information, sorry. After I enter the username and password, I don't get any web page. So I can't do any GUI things.

and I will send you some steps to upgrade the DMP not

using the GUI.
