CSM IPS Viewer

Hi,

I installed a CSM 3.3.1 and registered in cadastre two IPS 4240, but when I go to open the IPS Viewer the CSM to show a referring error the door that the IPS uses is being used. How to decide this problem?

It follows in attached image of the error.

The IPS Event Viewer (IEV) bundled with CSM cannot be launched on the CSM server (the CSM client you are running is directly on the CSM server).  You will need to install the CSM client on a remote workstation and launch the IEV from this remote workstation.
