Hello.
Is there a possibility in CUCM 6.0 to see any changes in configuration that was made by other administrators?

Changes from the CLI - yes.
Changes from the CCMAdmin web portal - not really.
You can piece together certain things by using the tomcat logs and other trace files but it would be a very time consuming task that would produce very little information. Even with said information, you would have to infer quite a bit.
In 7.1(2) and later, Cisco has introduced a better auditing mechanism. I did a write up on it here:

Not immediately helpful I know, but maybe something to ponder.
