Call pickup does not work.

If you try to do a call pickup the phone displays "gathering call info" and nothing happens.

Any quick setting that must be on or off somewhere for this to work ?

Dear Sir;

Did you upgrade to latest fw? Make sure (on phones web UI) you have the parameter Linksys Key System (on SIP tab) set to Yes.

Yes, all the phones and PBX have the latest available firmware.

Yes Linksys Key System set to YES on all phones.

It used to work

I've already reseted all the phones and PBX to factory defaults and reprogramed all units, but this particular function does not work (also group pickup does not work - as these functions must be related i think)

Ummm...this is very strange.

Try taking a look at the phones and the SPA9000 regional settings to make sure call pickup star codes matches in both devices. Check also on the user settings that call pickup is enabled. If still fails, I would need to see a trace between the phones and the PBX.

Found the root of the problem

All phones had (under Ext 1 in this case) both "Use Outbound Proxy" and "Use OB Proxy in Dialog" turned ON

Changed all phones both settings to OFF and everithing is now (apparently) working.

Will do further testing and post the results here.
