Hi,

I have two ACS appliances ver 4.2 and both are integrated with Two Active directory server Windows 2003 64 bits.

I am getting one following error on AD server very frequently which is causing my event log full.

Users are able to authenticate through ACS using AD database.

“ Faulting application CSlogAgent.exe, version 0.0.0.0 faulting module msvsrt.dll, version 7.0.3790, faulty address 0x00038b93.”

What is the full version of ACS? ACS 4.2.0.124 doesn'y support 64bit OS. However, if you are running 4.2.1.15 then its fine.

Also, have you applied any patch?

Hi JK,

/* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin-top:0in; mso-para-margin-right:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:10.0pt; mso-para-margin-left:0in; line-height:115%; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;}

Yes I patched the both ACS server with following patches

ACSse-Upgrade-Pkg-appl-mng-v4.2.1.15-K9

ACSse-Upgrade-Pkg-acs-v4.2.1.15-K9

I also upgraded the remote agent software as well on AD server “Acs-4.2.1.15.1-RA”
