I'm not able to test this right now, but here's what I think:
OSPF does not uses TCP/UDP, it encapsulates IP packets directly in IP using protocol 89
Static Routes don't negotiate any port (static statements, so no need to open ports as well)
VRF is a virtual routing table, therefore no ports required either.
For windows file sharing you might need to open TCP/UDP ports 445, 135, 138, 139
