Hi
Ganesh.H
The server connect to core switch direct and in the same VLAN
If it is directly connected with the switch it should ping from the switch if you have configured svi for that vlan and check are you able to learn the mac-address of the server in switch.
And also check are you able to ping from server to switch or any other server in the same vlan.
Hope to Help !!

Hi
The OS is Linux the firewall is disable and there is no anti virus. When I trace from the problematic server I reach to core switch and servers
I send doc with capture i hope it's clear
Attachments:
Really strange but it is sure it related to linux server specific as traceroute packet will be reaching till linux server and as far my knowledge some devices will prevent traceroute packets directed at their interfaces, but will allow ICMP packets. Using traceroute with a -I flag forces traceroute to use ICMP packets that may go through.
And i dont think you would be facing any problem with the application running on these servers it just trace route packet issue with this server.
Hope to Help !!
