EasyVPN not so easy...

I've configured EasyVPN server on an ASA5505 and configured the client on a PIX506E. I stepped through the configuration steps and when I enabled the vpnclient on the PIX client the tunnel came up. Now that was easy, but now I've lost remote connectivity to my PIX. I can't telnet across the tunnel to manage the PIX. I'm also unable to SSH to the outside interface. So I've got the tunnel established but I'm unable to see across the tunnel remotely.

Any ideas as to what I messed up?

Robert,

Not sure if this helps but I ran into the same behavior.  I had to no out the VPN client command on the 5505 then re-apply the config.

no vpnclient enable

vpnclient server x.x.x.x.

vpnclient mode network-extension-mode

vpnclient nem-st-autoconnect

vpnclient vpngroup myEZtunnel password ################

vpnclient username ########### password #################

vpnclient enable

This is my working 5505 side config.

Josh
