Active Ring settings set to beep only hear two beeps

We are running UCM 7.1.3 with 8961 phones, My ring setting for active calls is set to beep, It beeps once when a second call is coming in at the start of the second call and then it beeps one more time at 10 seconds but never beeps again no matter how long we set the RNA timer. Is two beeps the only option for Active Ring setting. The client is reporting they would like the beeps to coincede with the ringing.



I have this problem too.

Hi Bill,

Many people have asked about this functionality over the years (me included).

There is currently no way to change this behavior
