Hi

This means that the gateway does not have any record of the call. Either there wasn't any call or it has deleted the information.

Looking at the snippet, that particular msg was sent in reponse of cancel event. Without seeing the whole debug, I am assuming that GW received cancel earlier and deleted the call and send reponse. But caller side sent another cancel msg so gw gives above msg

Hope this helps

thanks

You have connectivity issue. The response that the CME is sending, is not received by the caller side. That is why it kept sending.

And same happens when caller side cancels the call, GW sends response and delete from its memory, but caller proxy keep sending it, so gw sends 487 msg.

All response will be sent to 77.72.169.134. Can you check if there is anything that could drop the packet or not?

Thank you

thanks for you quick response

all i can tell you regarding connectivity that cme router has public ip address from ISP directly connected to its fa0/1

i can ping this ip address from the router

CME#ping 77.72.169.134

Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 77.72.169.134, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!
Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 32/32/32 ms

but i can not trace route it

CME#traceroute 77.72.169.134

Type escape sequence to abort.
Tracing the route to 77.72.169.134
