7906G boot failed

I have boot problem on two cisco 7906 ip phone.when i plug the network cable from my PoE switch, the phone power on and it's light stay on "applications menu" button, the screen is blank and nothing happened. I press and maintain # when power on to try an hard reset without success. what to do? , please.


I have this problem too.

hey Franck

Can you take sniffers from the back of the phone and attach a the file to the question so that i can figure out the problem. Since the phone does not boot at all, this is the only way one can tell whats going on behind the scenes.
