I'm trying to find the different options available to achieve the following
a) 3rd party CRM is a web based application
b) similar to CallConnector, i want to perform call control of my ip phones through this CRM (i.e. custom developed buttons)
c) no UCCX/E involved
Is there an existing product that would be able to achieve this? Does Cisco opens up the API for call control by 3rd party apps. If so, where can i get more info on this?
