After reboot Customer has this messages on windows event viewer:

The Apache service named; C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\Apache.exe; reported the following error:

before the error.log file could be opened.

You will find pdshow where apache is ok, file pdshow_280510_apache_ok.txt, in the morning LMS was ok except UT.
On monday, we could not connect to LMS we saw that apache.exe crashed on 28 May in the afternoon, file pdshow_280510_apache_bad.txt
We reboot lms server, then LMS is ok, UT too.
I saw conversation related to CSCsg29627 bug, Do you think that we have the same issue ?
We have an other message type in the event viewer :

I saw a conversation https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/663665#663665 that explains this message is not important. Is it ?

Not a Cisco bug, but I referred to the problem in the thread you mentioned in your initial post.

3.x is too generic. Exactly what version of LMS do you have? If less than 3.2, then you are most likely seeing the bug I mentioned in the other CSC thread. This is fixed in LMS 3.2 as we are now using Apache 2.2.

This is LMS 3.1, windows 2003 R2 SP2

Then you will need to upgrade to 3.2 to get around this. Typically, this bug is non-operationally impacting. In certain rare cases it does prevent access to LMS. The fix was only really possible when we moved to the more recent Apache version.

Hi,
Bug CSCsg29627 seems to be fix on 3.1.
Do you know if there is an other bug relate to this issue which is fix on 3.2 ?
