Good Morning,
We are currently in the process of migrationg from legacy pbx to IP. We have a mixed environement of phones. We want to move our switchboard off of the pbx to CUEAC. Is there a way to import a flat file directory into CUCM or CUEAC? The fil is a CSV file.
Thanks
Liam

Liam,
I am not sure about CUEAC off of the top of my head. For CUCM, you can add users to the system using the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT). BAT can read a properly formatted .csv file and create or update users in bulk.
CUCM can also synchronize from a backend LDAP repository, which may be of interest to you.
HTH.
Regards,
Bill

The only option with CUEAC today is to do a directory sync with the UCM, there is no option to import a directory from a csv file
