Cisco Unity 5 ChangingAD OU

Hi,

Setup is as follows

Unity 5

Domain Windows 2003

Exchange 2003

We are looking at migrating our users to a new Active Directory OU struture. (Windows 2003)

i.e from /Domain/Company/Users

to

/Domain/Company/UsersNew

As part of this we need to update Unity Setting also to reflect the new OU

Do I just need to re-run the Permissions Wizard to and add the new OU to the setup or what else do I need to do to allow Unity to create\import subscibers?

We generally import users to Unity rather than create them in Unity

To add a new OU, you should be able to just re-run the Permissions Wizard. Remember that you need to logon as Domain Admin for this. From there, the typical stuff - like making sure users inherit permissions and so forth.
