One way speech issue in C2951-CME-SRST/K9

Hi Experts,

I am facing one way audio issue with the new c2951 router, is there any additional configuration needs to be made as it is perfectly working fine with my another old 2851 cme router .I want to replace old router with the new C2951 ,but I am struck with the one way audio issue.

I am facing this problem when calling any PSTN numbers.The caller end can hear my voice , but i cannot hear them.

Is there any dsp configurations need to be done additionally to sort of this issue.Please suggest....

Hi, I think there is at least one L3 hop between your phone and CME router, or may be more than one. Such one way audio issue can come up when there is any routing or firewall issue between router and phone, even between router to router.

I have copied the old router configuration to the new c2951 router, where I didn't find any one way audio issue and nothing is blocking with that and thats working absolutely fine .Is there any additional new configurations in the c2951 specifically for ISDN and pvdm ??
