CUCM cannot connect to license manager

Hi All,

we have sub and pub which connected to the UPS. Last night they were shutdown. this morning when I wanted to add phone, it said " cannot connect to license manager". in serviceability, I've restarted "cisco license manager", but it's stuck in "starting" state and doesn't show "running" state.

thanks for any suggestion.

While you could try to shut down and restart the service via CLI, it may be quicker to just reboot the Publisher server.
