Access to the requested resource has been denied error while adding line in CUCM 6.x

Issue

While trying to add a line to a phone Phone Admin gets the following error;

"Access to the requested resource has been denied"  The attempted action was a violation of security protocols and will not be allowed.  Please try another action.

Solution/Resolution:

The Phone admin was trying to add a shared line that was already on the phone device.  The error is another way of saying you cannot add the same line to this device because it already exist.

First remove the line then re-add to another line or module line.
