IOS Recovery for 3750 switch

Hi all,


I have Cisco 3750-24PS-S switch, which IOS mistakenly erase, I have run switch:format flash: command also,


I tried Xmodem recovery for upload IOS on flash, but it gives I/O error while uploading the IOS,


So plz give the complete procedure for IOS recovery through HyperTerminal OR any another method/

also attached is a snapshot of that error,

Kindly enter the following commands first:

init_switch

load_helper

podhillo
Level 1
Level 1

Please try the following steps to disaster recovery.


Do check the connections before proceeding:

flash_init
load_helper
dir flash:
set baud 115200 --> for faster transfer please change the baud rate
copy xmodem:flash:
