Hi,
I am deploying a service control solution for an enterprise that want to monitor and control the bandwidth utilization. The solution contains a SCE, CM, SM, MySQL DB and Console SCA BB machine. I need to develop usage reports per subnet. I tried to create a subscriber for each subnet. I was surprised to find that from the SCA BB console subscriber manager GUI tool, I can only add subscribers with /32 mask IP addresses. All the documentation tells that I can map an IP range (for example 10.1.0.0/16) to a subscriber ID. If I did so, the subscriber is not created in the SM database. The only way for me to add a subscriber to the SM database is to make it /32 host address.
Anyhelp with this? I need to develop reports per subnet.
Kind Regards

Hi Mohamed!
You must adjus parametr "support_ip_ranges=yes" in p2sm.cfg file
