hi,
I need information about integration b/w ipccx7 and CRM (miscrosoft). Can somebody provide the document regarding it. Also i need to know whether some seperate software is required for integartion or it can be done by passing value in the URL.

Cisco provide a free product to integrate with MS CRM called Cisco Unified CallConnector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

I would suggest that you download the foc software zip file and go through the install guide to assess whether this is what you need.

Hi,
Is there any document about configuring the ipccx using unified call connector.. I want also to know that i just want to pass the customer information entered during call to the CRM, is it possible by sending the Set Enterprise contact info step and then forwarding the variable via url to the CRM.
