FXO drop the call

Hi,

We are located at Australia & OPTUS.AU is our VOIP Provider
is there any specific region configuration for the disconnect supervision An FXO disconnect supervision issue can cause this problem. The disconnect by the H.323 gateway, I am suffering from Call drop Issue, we have a Disconnect cause value of 86. The FXO port is configured to detect the supervisory disconnect tone as pr below configuration.
This is my configuration under the FXO port:

But still Have Call drop issue, can any one give me exact configuration for above Provider
