Im new for this and in 3 weeks Im going to do the CCNA 640-802 Exam certifications but I have a few questions, Is it true that during the in the CCNA certification, Cisco dont permit you to do the commands "?" for help or "Tap bottom"? even you can't type "sho run" to find faster the problem if its resides in the configuration. Is that true?

I have this problem too.

Back when I took my CCNA/CCDA exams, the simulator was not very robust.  Only a subset of commands could be entered in the configuration scenarios.  The ability to "?" or "tab" didn't exist.

Hello Topula

I appreciate that you've took a little of your time to answer my questions. I think the net simulator its now more robust rager than 5 years ago. I'd like to know how is the simulator now...

I just took the 640-802 and I was able to use abbreviated commands, and ?.  I can't say for sure about "sh run/start" as I don't recall using either.
