It seems you are asking about ACS 4.x. IF that is the case then yes, we can change NDG name.

Editing a Network  Device Group

To edit an NDG, you must first access the  NDG. To do so, click the name of the NDG in the Network Device Groups table. Click Edit  Properties at the bottom of the page.

For changing individual aaa-client we need to delete and readd it.
