I am having a strange issue with CME 4.1. Intermittantly when users press button 1 or pickup the handset on their IP phones (7941's and 7961's), their is no dial tone. If a call comes into the phone for button 1 it is forwarded to button 2 (this is intended if button one is busy). According to my customer the only way that they have been able to clear this issue is to reboot the CME router. They also state that this happens to multiple users about once per month. Any Ideas?
