Personal and Corporate directory doesn't show up

Hi, we have two CUCM 6.1 servers as a cluster, S1 and S2. When I registered the IP communitor to S1, I could see the personal and corporate directory showed up after pressing the direcotry button. But if I registerd to S2, it only showed up Missed calls, Received calls and Placed calls, no personal and corporate directory. Anyone konw how to fix this issue?

First, check the directories URL for the device (phone configuration page) on S2.  Then check the directories URL for the Enterprise Parameters on S2. Is the problem following CIPC or the cluster S2.  Meaning, do you see the same issue on other phones?

Compare the URL in S2 to the URL in S1.  What's different (aside from IP address).

Hi Bill

Thanks for your reply. I found this issue when I manually changed the TFTP server on CIPC. The other users work fine since their phones all register to S1. I compared the S1 and S2, the URL Directories settings are same on Enterprise Parameters. Any suggestions?
