Unknown Number displayed only from Voip call

Hi all,

I have CME, with Cisco 2851.

Incoming call shows "Unknown Number" only from Voip. There is no problem if incoming call from PSTN or mobile number.From debug ccapi inout cisco-ani=   (blank displayed).

Any help?

Ask the other side of voip why they are not sending a calling number.
