ccx outbound campaign not starting

I have UCCX 7.0 and I am facing the following problem:

I configured an outbound campaign and the agents which are in ready state are not prompted to accpet any call. The % of  logged agents is 100%. Direct Preview is enabled in CDA.

I also tried a few days ago to configure another campaign and it worked fine. What could be the problem?

Your help is really appreciated

Hi Moustapha

If it was working a few days ago, then what you can try doing is disable the campaign.

Load up the dialing list and then renable it again.

Give it a few min and see if its dialing, also check via the RTMT tool of the outbound service is also running.
