This Customer have a IPCCx version 7.0(1)SR05_Build504.
The CSD are in version 184.108.40.2060 and CAD on Version 220.127.116.110
We did not have any Email Deployment on this system.
For some reason, for the agents view on CSD, the supervisor see em Email Busy Icon.
Anyone have some ideias about what can be this?
