Email Icon in CSD Agent View

Hello,

  This Customer have a IPCCx version 7.0(1)SR05_Build504.

  The CSD are in version 6.6.1.400 and CAD on Version 6.6.1.400

  We did not have any Email Deployment on this system.

  For some reason, for the agents view on CSD, the supervisor see em Email Busy Icon.

  Anyone have some ideias about what can be this?

Hi

They should just appear when that agent has an email queue associated; however I've seen lots of times where this isn't the case. Suspect it's a bug, but it's basically just cosmetic...
