We have tree aironet 1400.

Show command:

antenna 1:

Every 8-10 minuttes before lost the connection (about one minute) -- In the event log: Interface Dot11 Radio0, Associated to ... [None WPA PSK]

After itself reconnect and work ok for 8-10 min.

How can we copy the same bootloader version to the antenna 3 or is another one the cause of this problem?

It ain't the bootloader/bootstrap that's the problem. Have you tried upgrading the IOS?

I have reseted twice and used this command for download this image:

AP#archive download-sw /reload /leave-old-sw tftp://n.n.n.n/c1410-k9w7-tar.123-8.JEA2.tar
AP#wr
AP#reload

The rest of the antennas work ok.
