CNA - claims device is unsupported

I have two almost identical Cisco 3750 switches - connect via cat6.  No stacking.

I can and have been accessing switch (WS-C3750-48P) using CNA.  I can connect to the second switch (WS-C3750V2-48PS) via CLI - but CNA states that it's unsupported.

Any ideas?

I have this problem too.

Have you done a device update recently?

Try to sync the device definitions of your LMS with CCO.
