Yes, it will support.
Do the config like below...
interface FastEthernet0/1
standby use-bia scope interfacestandby ip "IP"standby priority 110
standby preemptstandby authentication "authentication"standby track FastEthernet0/0 30

The WAN Port will be track. On the LAN interface is the HSRP config.
