I have been asked to find out as much info about the Cisco IPCC Enterprise product as possible with regards to the product and also training i.e. what base skills would make a good Cisco IPCC trainee etc?
I am in the UK and have found some docs regarding the product but was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good overview or presentation?
Also, I have found this training course so would it be the best one to do assuming that the trainee has previous knowledge and experience of Cisco voice :
