MARS & Citrix netscaler

folks

- does mars support the citrix netscaler

- does a security analyst allow me to add a device

i ask because i need to add a netscaler and as a security analyst the 'add' button is greyed out

thanks to anyone taking the time to read this or to reply

CS-MARS does not natively support the Citrix Netscaler.  You could create a custom parser to add support for this device.

The Security Analyst role is not allowed to make administrative changes to the Security and Monitor device list; so you will not add the device udner this role.
