Unity express module 3.1 issue

We are facing issue with the unity express module. Users are unable to retrive voice messages from ip phone after they enter PIN.

After user enters the PIN for the first time, again IP Phone asks to enter PIN.

Finally the message comes " I didn't hear from you ". We have already tried rebooting the module and changing the PIN but the problem is still there.

This problem we are facing for all the voice mail users.

Hello Dinesh,

The issue that you describe sounds like a DTMF issue, and that its why the CUE is not recognizing the digits. Be sure that all of the configuration its OK, and also that you are using the correct DTMF relay under the dial-peer that sends the calls to the CUE.

This link shows the basic confiuratino of a CME/CUE router, please be sure that you have that configuration.
