CUCMBE 7.0 voice mail retrieval issues

Hello,


I have a customer who has an issue when retrieving voicemail. they are on CUCMBE 7.0.1.11000-2. calls a diverted to voicemail as normal and message are left. MWI is working and users can dial in, when they are attempting to playback the message it says "This message has no recording" however they are able to retrieve these messages from "saved message" ok and if they playback the message and hangup and try again, it works. All the services are running as they should be and a reload of the server has been performed.


Has anyone else had any similiar issues to this?

++++++++Issue resolved, it hit a bug which has been resolved in upgrade to 7.0(2) ++++++++++
