Hi Nagesh, I have look this for you, I quoted  from link bellow.  try that see if  resolves the issue.  or try installing the version  2.3 which was fixed .  http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/products_tech_note09186a00809b4754.shtml#rty

This issue is due to Cisco bug ID CSCsm54689  . In order to resolve this issue, make sure that Routing and Remote Access Service is disabled before you start AnyConnect. If this does not resolve the issue, complete these steps:

  1. Open a command prompt as an Administrator on the PC (elevated prompt on Vista).

  2. Run net stop CryptSvc.

  3. Run esentutl /p %systemroot%\System32\catroot2\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}\catdb.

  4. When prompted, choose OK to attempt the repair.

  5. Exit the command prompt.

  6. Reboot.

I've found that this has worked in about half the cases, but lately I'm seeing this message and now this fix is not working at all.  Could there be another cause for this error message that is not being addresed?
