Solved: Cisco Mobile 8.0 for iPhone

Hello,

I need to explain to my customer interoperability between CUCM and Apple iPhone, Nokia E52, SIP Third-party device ...

I configured "Dual-mode phone for iPhone" device in my CUCM company, and it works very well!

I installed a new DEMO CUCM, but "Dual-mode phone for iPhone" device doesn't work! When I try to connect my iPhone to new DEMO CUCM, device gives me this error: "Failed to register with the supplied information".

In the new DEMO CUCM, i have only configure Device Pool, Partition, CSS ... below, in attach, you can find my "Dual-mode phone for iPhone" device on new DEMO CUCM configuration.

Any ideas?

Go to CUCM > System > Servers.

Are you using hostname or IP address there? If your iPhone cannot resolve the hostname there, you should change the hostname to IP address (on CUCM).

This was driving me a little nuts in our test lab ... no FQDN on the CUCM service, changed to IP - works fine.
