Does anyone know of a product that alerts you to configuration changes?

The product needs to be:

- Free

- for Non-standard Cisco products (Adtran routers)

- can be implemented on Windows or Linux (VMWare instance)

If you are feeling a little low on cash, you can use the EEM feature (Embedded Event Manager) on some platforms to mail out a config whenever it's changed... here's one example, google EEM for others:
