How to capture call quality stats in CMR

We'v enabled CDR and Call Diagnostic in CUCM CallManager Service paramters. However, when we run the CMR export the call quality stats are not being recorded (i.e packet sent, packet received, packet loss, jitter, latency)  Is there anything else we need to enable to capture these stats?  We've also enabled RTCP on all the phones.

In the database load config menu in CAR (which is I presume where you are trying to do this) there is an option 'Load CDR Only' checked. If you uncheck that, CAR will also load CMRs.
