The serial numbers aren't retrievable from CUCM itself, but it is possible to browse to the phone web server and retrieve the serial number from there.

You can do this manually...

The alternative would be an app that retrieves all the phone IPs from the RIS API, then polls each registered phone to retrieve the serial number. Not overly complex if you have good dev skills in your organisation.
